INDUSTRIES

One foundation across industries: manufacturability, precision and verifiable results.

The machining strategy is shaped by part function, material, tolerances, production volume and operating conditions.

Aerospace

Precision-machined structural and auxiliary components, fixtures, low-volume complex parts and applications requiring tight geometric tolerances.

Automotive

Manufacturing projects involving tooling components, fixtures, functional technical parts and production stability.

Medical

Tooling and component applications involving precise geometries, controlled surfaces and high-performance polymers such as PPSU or PEEK.

Electrical & Electronics

Tooling and technical parts with thin-wall housings, precision fits, connection details and visual surface requirements.

Mouldmaking

Precision machining of mould plates, cores, cavities, slides, inserts and maintenance or refurbishment components.

Industrial Products

Machine components, custom fixtures, workholding equipment and low-to-medium volume technical parts.

Agriculture

Durable connectors, housings, tooling components and technical parts for agricultural machinery operating in demanding conditions.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT

We evaluate the part’s real operating conditions before its industry label.

Two parts in the same industry may have completely different needs in material, load, surface, tolerance, workholding and volume. Function, risk, manufacturing method and acceptance criteria are therefore defined for every project.

PRECISION CNC MACHINING

Machining planned around geometry, tolerance and surface requirements.

For mould components, inserts, electrodes, fixtures and technical parts, we manage workholding, referencing, roughing and finishing within a controlled machining plan.

  • 3+1 and 5-axis machining
  • Mould and insert machining
  • Toolpath and access control
  • Protection of critical surfaces
  • Post-machining verification

INJECTION MOULDS

Manufacturability sits at the centre of our mould design.

We develop production-ready tooling by evaluating part geometry, material behaviour, mould movements, runner and ejection systems, venting, cooling and maintenance requirements together.

  • Complex slide moulds
  • 2K / 3K
  • Insert and overmoulding
  • Family and multi-cavity moulds
  • IML / IMD
  • Gas-assisted injection

PLASTIC INJECTION

We treat tool trials as a verification process.

Fill, pack, cooling and ejection conditions are evaluated against visual quality, dimensional compliance and repeatability targets.

  • First tool trial
  • Process parameter development
  • Warpage and shrinkage review
  • PPSU and PEEK applications
  • Sample approval process

CONFORMAL COOLING

More balanced thermal management with channels following the part surface.

In conformal cooling, channel geometry is assessed together with part wall thickness, tooling material, manufacturing method and process targets. In suitable applications, it can support cycle and warpage control.

  • Thermal behaviour review
  • Equidistant channel approach
  • Comparison with conventional systems
  • Manufacturability review
  • Maintenance and sealing review
